Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bizflow platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bizflow (operated by CodeSaber).

2. Description of Service

Bizflow is a cloud-based business management platform providing tools for customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, project tracking, payment management, and business analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis via web, iOS, and Android applications.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Resell or sub-license the Service without prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Bizflow is offered on a subscription basis. The following terms apply to paid plans:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at sign-up.
  • All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by Bizflow / CodeSaber and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bizflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
